“Every year during the winter season, a couple of hundred cruising boats of all shapes and sizes converge on the Bahamas. One of the best anchorages is near George Town in the Exumas. Four years ago, the Bahamian Music and Heritage Festival was founded as an annual event. The cruisers were invited to put together an act to join the Bahamian stars who were the main focus. I participated twice and this video is from 2008. We performed aboard the catamaran Freebird anchored in the harbor as a rehearsal for the festival appearance which took place the following evening. Our audience is comprised of nearly 100 dinghies with cruisers aboard. Lots of fun!” Cheers,Colin
